Doux Tees Purchase Cancellation Policy

At Doux Tees, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to make the order cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines for cancelling or modifying your purchase.

Cancelling Your Order

You can request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Order Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    • To cancel, email or call us with your order number and details of the cancellation request.
  • After Order Processing: Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, you can return the item by following our [Return Policy](link to return policy) once it arrives.

Amending Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating shipping information or changing an item:

  • Before Shipping: Contact us as soon as possible to request changes. Amendments can only be made before your order is dispatched.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after your order has shipped. Once you receive the items, you may initiate a return or exchange under our return policy.

Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Full Refund: If your cancellation request is accepted before the order is processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that some items, including personalized or custom-made products, cannot be cancelled once production has started. Similarly, perishable items or those with hygiene considerations (e.g., underwear, cosmetics with broken seals) are non-cancellable unless they are faulty.

Distance Selling and Right to Cancel

For online, mail, and telephone orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the items are not faulty. You must notify us of your intent to cancel within this period. Once you've informed us, you have 14 days to return the goods. Full refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
